General Information
Sipadan Mabul Resort is nestled in a coconut grove on the south-east side of the island overlooking the water and near-by Sipadan Island. It consists of 22 standalone chalets also categorised as detached (16 units twin bed and 6 units double bed), (build up size 22 x 28 feet) which could accommodate 44 guests at any one time.
The public buildings include a main house which is an open air pavilion where meals are taken, an air-conditioned room, called TV Room, set aside for watching satellite TV, and a huge lock-up airing shed for storing your equipment each evening.

- Transfer between: Tawau - Semporna Jetty - Sipadan Mabul Resort - Tawau by van and speedboat
- Standalone Chalet type accommodation a twin sharing basis with attached bathroom and the facilities of hot showering comfort of air-conditioning.
- All food and hot beverage while at the resort, excluding alcoholic, fruit juice and soft drinks.
- 3 boat combinations dive per day with divemaster either on Mabul, Kapalai or nearby island except on arrival and departure.
- Unlimited jetty diving from Mabul’s House Reef with buddy.
- Use of tanks with air, weights and weight belt.

Tourism Tax (MyTTx) RM10 per night per room - only applies to Non Malaysian / International (with Foreign Passports).
- Semporna Jetty Fee
- Diver packages are subjected to our diving schedules and regulations as set by the resort management.
- All divers must produce proof of certification by an internationally recognised Diving Agency upon arrival before participates in any diving activity. Divers who have not dived in the last 12 months of if they exhibit uncertainly in their skills may be required at the sole discretion of SMART to do a Scuba Refresher Course.
- All guests will be required to sign a “Liability Release (Waiver)” and “Express Assumption of Risk” form upon arrival. No diving or snorkelling activities will be permitted until the above said form is properly signed and witnessed.
- Only fully vaccinated travelers will be admitted to the resort; or subject to Malaysian Ministry of Health guidelines and requirements.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a vaccinated parent/guardian, or subject to Malaysian Ministry of Health guidelines and requirements.
- No pregnant women are allowed by boat to Resort.
- We reserve the right and final decision to amend, proceed or abort any resort activities due to safety reason or subjected to bad weather or sea condition, poor visibility and if divers’ own physical ability is compromised, for example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.

Additional information
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
